50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Good Housekeeping Deposit:

A pre-authorization of £ 250 (GBP) is due 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure

Notes:

Our arrival/departure day is Saturday.

Children 12 years and over are welcome. 

No pets or animals. No smoking within the premises or grounds.

An EV charge point is available at a flat cost of £75 per vehicle per week.

Charging electric cars through the mains is not permitted.
